Outbound B2B Appointment Setting

Synergy Solutions, a Phoenix based provider of call center based sales and service solutions is hiring for Appointment Setting agents for various programs supporting our Fortune 1000 client in the legal and publishing industry.

The ideal candidate will have background in outbound calling in a business-to-business environment or similar professional high-level interactions performing either consultative selling or appointment setting. Experiences working with Outlook and CRM systems such as Salesforce are also great to have

We have multiple full-time positions open in our modern Central Phoenix/Mid-Town location.    We are conveniently located right at a Valley Metro Light Rail stop and surrounded by coffee shops and restaurants.     Our modern contact center is not only conveniently located but the spacious design with employee friendly amenities makes coming to work a true pleasure.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

Will make outbound calls on behalf of our client to prospective customers with the goal of securing appointments for sales representatives
Must have the ability to be simultaneously conversational, consultative, persuasive and professional with customers
Responsible for enhancing the client’s brand with all prospective customers and gatekeepers through professional future-thinking interactions
Required to follow project specific quality and scripting requirements
Strong skills in overcoming gatekeeper objections and determining key decision makers
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly program goals/expectations
Successfully complete all required training sessions
Must be punctual and have good attendance
Participate in coaching sessions and implement feedback to continually improve and develop your skillset and improve performance.
Other duties as assigned based on Synergy and client needs
Essential Skills and Experience:

Strong communication skills including the demonstrated ability to speak, listen, and write effectively
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistent focus and quality
Conversational confidence to have a customer telling you “no” become the beginning of a conversation, instead of the end
Professionalism and call handling skills ensuring that those customers who have no need for your product/service, are left with a positive feeling so that they would recommend your product/service to a friend after the call ends
Problem solving skills

Strong comprehension skills

Dedication to quality
Flexibility with scheduling and work hours
Valued but Not Required Skills and Experience:

1 or more years of call center experience
2-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience in a business to business environment
Some college experience
Experience in business to business campaigns
Familiarity in using Outlook and/or Salesforce
