PACE Association Announces Hiring of CEO
Scottsdale, AZ – September 29, 2010. Synergy Solutions, Inc., a premier provider of outsourced customer contact solutions, announced today that the American Teleservices Association (ATA) has awarded Synergy Solutions with the 2010 Vendor Excellence Award at the Awards Gala at the 2010 ATA Annual Convention. This annual award is presented to the industry supplier who best exhibits excellence and has made a positive impact on the teleservices industry. As recipient of this prestigious award, Synergy Solutions demonstrated excellence through ATA involvement at a local and national level, as well as a corporate commitment to promoting the professionalism of the teleservices industry by serving the needs of our communities through philanthropy and media outreach.

Additionally, at a private reception hosted by the Chair of the ATA Board of Directors, Chairman of the Board Phil Grudzinski presented Synergy Solutions President, Lori Fentem, with a 2010 Chairman’s Award for Distinguished Leadership. Ms. Fentem founded the Arizona Chapter of the ATA in 2003 and serves as an Executive Member of the ATA Arizona Chapter Board and as the Board of Directors Liaison to the ATA Chapter Presidents. She was also honored previously as the first recipient of the ATA Fulcrum Award and the Individual Award for the Spirit of Philanthropy category of the ATA “Making a Difference” Award.
